Polygon Study
> Using leftover origami paper from 1000 project, I made this little collage based on a drawing of the Van Gogh polygon. I wanted to experiment with how precisely I could do this before starting on a larger piece with the same technique. Please with the sense of order and chaos all in one. The geometric structure is precise but the multitudes of patterns are confusing. There is both a sense of perspective and depth and a complete flattening of space and I enjoy that complexity. Makes me think of the human brain.
