> A collage made from the offcuts from the page-edges of the Cut Paintings book project. There is something about the clean edge of the cut through the painterly movement which sits well with the duality in my approach to paint. The rational arms- length scientific approach on the one hand. The visceral love of the painterly mark on the other.
